How long does an order take?

All MPC orders are made after they are placed and normally require 1–3 weeks to create before shipping. We always do our best to process orders as quickly as possible, and if we can lessen that time, we do.

Do you keep finished jewelry in stock?

No. MPC keeps untouched coins available for production rather than maintaining an inventory of premade jewelry. Each piece is created after the order is placed.

Can I send you my own coin?

No. Making Perfect Cents does not accept customer-owned coins for conversion into jewelry.

Can a ring be resized?

Yes. All MPC rings include lifetime resizing, one size up or down, as long as the ring remains within the applicable sizing range. Resizing is free; you are responsible only for shipping the ring to and from our shop.

How should I choose my ring size?

We suggest having your fingers professionally sized prior to placing your order. MPC uses professional jeweler tools when sizing rings.

Why does a coin ring have a slight taper?

The taper is a natural result of turning a coin into a ring. The original reeded or factory edge is thicker than the center of the coin, so one side of the finished ring will be slightly larger than the other. MPC shapes the ring so the taper is hidden within the inner band when worn.

How is my jewelry packaged?

Your jewelry is gently tucked into a tin clear-top gift box, ready to be gifted when your package is opened. Care instructions are included with every purchase. Ring purchases also include a Buckskin polishing cloth.

How is my order shipped?

Most orders arrive 5–7 days once shipped. U.S. packages are sent USPS First Class as the standard shipping method, with faster services such as USPS Priority available at additional cost. International packages are sent USPS First Class International with insurance as the standard shipping method, with faster services available at additional cost.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Because MPC creates each piece in a custom manner, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Cancellations are also not accepted. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us.
